Signed copy of Omeros by Derek Walcott, given to me when I was his pupil in Boston in 1992.

First published in magazine form at the age of 19, I have now published more than 200 pieces of verse in outlets such as Poetry Review, The Times Literary Supplement, Critical Quarterly, AGNI (USA), The Boston Review (USA), The Fiddlehead (Canada), The Rochford Street Review (Australia) and many others.

My work has been included in anthologies such as Faber and Faber’s First Pressings (1998); Live Canon (Greenwich Theatre, London UK, 2014), #1 Anthology (Vanguard Editions, London UK, 2014) and Against Rape (Peony Moon, South Africa, 2014)
